1. Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the method agreed upon during return coordination.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product does not match its description or specifications.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, or freebies.


3. How to Request a Return

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item 

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the agreed method.

Please note:

  • Refunds will only be issued for eligible items returned in proper condition.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of use or intentional damage.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
